Prepare, review, and finalize Letter of Intent, Unit Agreements , Redevelopment Agreements, POA, Agreements, contracts, MoUs, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
Ensure compliance with RERA, property registration laws, land acquisition regulations, municipal approvals, and other statutory requirements .
Conduct Search and Title verification, property searches, and due diligence for land acquisition and project approvals.
Having knowledge and experience regarding drafting of Applications, Letters etc to the Government bodies, Collector Office, Prant Office, Municipal Offices, Revenue Departments, Mojani Department etc. for necessary approvals and clearances.
