Job Description –

Legal Department We are looking for a dedicated Legal Executive / Legal Officer to join our Legal Team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing and verifying property-related documents in Tamil Nadu and providing legal support to the management.

KeyResponsibilities: •

Review, scrutinize, and verify property documents pertaining to Tamil Nadu.

• Conduct title verification and due diligence of land and property records, Identify legal risks, defects, and encumbrances in property documents.

• Prepare legal opinions, notes, and reports for management review Coordinate with Sub-Registrar Offices, revenue authorities, and other government departments as required.

• Assist management with legal compliance and advisory support related to property matters. Maintain proper documentation and legal records

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
