As a Litigation Manager, your role involves handling and managing litigation related to Motor accident claims, Consumer litigation, and other legal issues. You will be responsible for dealing with Courts, Advocates, and Investigators to ensure effective handling of claims. Your duties will include appointing advocates, regularly following up with them for opinions on compromise or contest, and adducing evidences in legal claims. It is essential to adhere to internal processes and external regulations while coordinating with internal customers to share court precedents for dealing with claims effectively. You must ensure timely compliance with court orders and review cases while maintaining case files and details in the system. Additionally, coordination with local regulatory and administrative bodies will be a part of your responsibilities.
