Legal Claim Manager - Insurance

As a professional in this role, you will be responsible for handling and managing litigation related to Motor accident claims, Consumer litigation, and other legal matters. You will be required to interact with Courts, Advocates, and Investigators to ensure the effective handling of claims. Additionally, you will need to appoint advocates, follow up regularly for opinions on compromise/contest, and present evidences in legal claims. Your role will also involve adhering to internal processes and external regulations, coordinating with internal customers to facilitate the handling of claims, and sharing court precedents with them. It will be crucial for you to ensure timely compliance with court orders, review cases, and maintain case files and details in the system. Furthermore, your responsibilities will include coordinating with local regulatory and administrative bodies.
