Legal Chartered Accountant (CA + LLB)

As a Legal Chartered Accountant (CA + LLB) at our organization based in Ahmedabad, your primary responsibility will be to draft and review legal/financial documents, handle ROC, GST, and IT filings, as well as manage taxation, auditing, and compliance matters. Additionally, you will be tasked with conducting legal risk assessments and coordinating with external counsel when necessary. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a CA + LLB qualification, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Experience in the Manufacturing/Chemical industry is preferred, but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of corporate law, compliance procedures, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
