Legal Business Development Manager

Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for legal services

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, startups, and individuals

• Generate leads through networking, references, and strategic partnerships

• Prepare proposals, pitches, and client presentations

Marketing & Branding

• Support legal marketing initiatives (online & offline)

• Coordinate content for website, LinkedIn, brochures, and email campaigns

• Work with marketing agencies for brand promotion

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities

Business Strategy

• Assist in creating business growth strategies for the firm

• Identify new practice areas and expansion opportunities

• Track performance metrics and prepare business reports

• Support management in pricing strategies and service positioning

Seminars, Events & Networking

• Plan and attend legal seminars, conferences, workshops, and networking events

• Coordinate firm participation in exhibitions and legal forums

• Represent the firm professionally at events

• Follow up with leads generated from seminars and events

Client Coordination

• Act as a bridge between legal team and clients

• Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients

• Maintain client database and follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Post Graduate (Law, MBA, Marketing preferred)

• Strong communication & presentation skills

• Knowledge of legal services industry

• Networking and relationship-building skills

• Strategic thinking and market analysis

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools
