About the Role:

Legal Document Editor

Key Responsibilities:

Work extensively with legal databases and tools such as Lexis Nexis and Illumina Data Matrix.
Apply client-specific style guides including Blue Book citation formats and KRA-style formatting.
Verify and format court case citations to maintain compliance with publishing standards.
Collaborate with the publishing team to ensure high-quality output aligned with structural guidelines.
Use software tools like KGL and Celveo for document processing and publishing workflows.

Required Skills & Experience:

3 to 8 years of experience in legal document editing, preferably in law books or legal publications.
Strong knowledge of legal citation formats including Blue Book and court case citations.
Proficiency in Lexis Nexis and Illumina Data Matrix platforms.
Experience with document editing and publishing tools such as KGL and Celveo.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistency in style and structure.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively in night shifts.
