Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the legal team at Chambers of Law in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for handling client contracts, litigation cases, and providing legal assistance. Your role will require a good understanding of law, strong case management skills, and the ability to represent clients in various courts and forums. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your knowledge and expertise in law to manage client contracts and meet their legal requirements effectively. - Draft and file suits, petitions, applications, and counters as needed for litigation cases. - Demonstrate strong case management and handling skills to ensure efficient progress in legal proceedings. - Represent clients before different courts, tribunals, and forums to advocate on their behalf. - Conduct research and provide necessary assistance to support legal cases and client needs. Qualifications Required: - LLB qualification is mandatory, while LLM is optional. - Candidates with prior work experience will be preferred. - Willingness to travel within India, if required for the job.
