Lawyer | Growth Mind Pvt Ltd Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Lawyer to handle legal matters related to property transactions, land use, zoning, leases, and real estate development. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance on real estate law, manage transactional documents, and ensure legal compliance for both commercial and residential property matters. Key Responsibilities: ● Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, leases, and development deals ● Conduct due diligence and title reviews to identify and resolve potential legal issues before transactions close ● Provide legal counsel on zoning laws, land use regulations, and property rights ● Represent clients in real estate disputes, litigation, or administrative proceedings ● Advise clients on property management, construction contracts, and financing agreements ● Coordinate with real estate agents, developers, surveyors, and municipal authorities ● Prepare and file legal documents such as deeds, mortgages, easements, and liens ● Stay up to date on changes in real estate law and advise clients accordingly ● Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations ● Assist in structuring and closing real estate deals Preferred Qualifications: ● Experience with commercial real estate deals and developments ● Familiarity with environmental and land use law ● Background in litigation related to real estate disputes (optional) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Work Location: In person
