Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Legal Advisor to manage all legal matters related to our PPP initiatives and corporate operations. The ideal candidate will provide sound legal counsel, ensure full compliance, and be hands-on in drafting legal documents and corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advisory on all matters related to PPP projects, EPC contracts, and government tenders.

Draft, review, and negotiate MOUs, concession agreements, EPC contracts, NDAs, joint venture agreements, lease deeds, and service-level agreements.

Develop and implement internal corporate legal policies, SOPs, and compliance protocols.

Advise management on statutory compliance, regulatory updates, and risk mitigation strategies.

Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitration, or negotiations when necessary.

Coordinate with external law firms and government agencies for case handling and documentation.

Conduct legal research and interpret complex legal frameworks applicable to healthcare infrastructure.

Ensure company operations are aligned with current corporate, labor, and commercial laws.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law (LLB or LLM) from a recognized institution.

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in corporate legal advisory, preferably in PPP or infrastructure projects.

Hands-on experience in legal drafting, policy creation, and review of corporate documents.

Strong understanding of Indian laws: Companies Act, Contract Act, Arbitration Act, and healthcare-related regulations.

Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to healthcare infrastructure and hospital EPC contracts.

Ability to draft clear, compliant, and enforceable legal documents and internal policies.

Ability to manage cross-functional legal issues across public and private stakeholders.

High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
