Role Description

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Lead Generation Partner for our Bangalore Urban location. As a Lead Generation Partner, you will identify and generate leads, develop relationships with prospective clients, and ensure successful onboarding. Responsibilities include researching potential clients, creating lead databases, analyzing customer needs, and collaborating with the sales team to convert opportunities into successful projects. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and market research
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in data collection and CRM tools
• Ability to analyze client needs and offer tailored solutions
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excellent organizational skills
• Background in sales or marketing is preferred
• Knowledge or experience in interior design is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred
