Job Description

Manage the day-to-day functions of the Learning Management System (LMS), including user accounts, courses, and programme structures.
Administer the LMS, ensuring system-level functions, individual courses, and briefing course admins about platform changes.
Train new course admins and provide practical support for staff using digital technologies as part of their teaching and assessment.
Run reports and analyze platform and course-level data to identify and act on usage insights.
Collaborate with other departments such as Design, Content, and Academic faculty.
Provide technical solutions and day-to-day support in online digital education within GlobalU.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Relevant experience in LMS management or technology support-driven roles with a key aspect on end-user interaction.
Familiarity with recognized e-learning technical standards, such as SCORM.
Effective communication and organizational skills, demonstrating initiative and being a self-starter.
Outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint in higher education is desirable.
Knowledge or understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP, Java, and SQL languages.
