Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Learning Specialist/Training Assistant focused on Embedded Systems, located in Trivandrum, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include designing and delivering effective training sessions, developing training resources, conducting assessments, and analyzing learner progress. The role also involves collaborating with teams to ensure training programs are aligned with organizational and client goals, as well as providing support in creating customized learning solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Training & Development, and expertise in planning and executing training programs.
• Effective Communication and active listening skills to interact clearly and constructively with learners and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Training techniques and Customer Service to address learner needs and enhance training outcomes.
• Excellent Organization Skills for managing schedules, materials, and resources effectively.
• Technical knowledge or background in embedded systems is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and tools is a plus.
