Role Overview: The Learning Ops Specialist will work closely with other L&D team members, stakeholders across the organization, and 3rd party vendors to support L&D programs and domains from an operational perspective, to enable smooth execution and a positive employee experience. Manage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS) and support its usage across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain our Learning Management System - upload courses and create learning plans, manage users, provide employees with support, and troubleshoot problems. Create reports and analyze data to measure our learning activities and learning platforms' usage. Collaborate with L&D team members to maintain and create effective and scalable learning solutions. Support the execution of L&D programs that are owned by other L&D functions. Coordinate procurement and payments processes for learning activities and manage vendor relationships. Work with other L&D team members to drive a learning culture and adopt L&D best practices across the organization. Qualifications: 2 years of experience in systems/operational roles in tech. Working in a Learning/HR team (Preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills Familiarity with learning management systems (Docebo in particular) - an advantage (Preferred) Fast executor with excellent organizational skills A team player with a can-do” approach, resourceful and independent.
