Learning Operations Specialist

Role Overview: You will be joining bp, a company committed to reimagining energy for people and the planet with a bold ambition to achieve Net Zero by 2050. As part of the Learning Services team within People & Culture, you will play a crucial role in supporting the global learning initiatives and ensuring a positive colleague experience. Your main responsibility will be to manage logistical and delivery activities related to training sessions, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Provision goods and services needed for training sessions, identify risks, and provide solutions to mitigate them. - Schedule trainers and faculty, liaise with multiple individuals and vendors. - Select appropriate training venues based on defined criteria, balancing requirements and budget constraints. - Order training materials, arrange special requirements, and ensure availability of tools. - Administer sessions, update training records accurately in Salesforce and Cornerstone. - Record costs for goods and services, follow up for invoicing. - Maintain accuracy of information on Salesforce and Cornerstone. - Update session schedules promptly, communicate changes to vendors, learners, and faculty. - Communicate effectively with learning agencies, provide customer service to stakeholders. - Suggest improvements, demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement. - Support Learning Services initiatives and participate in ISO 9000 accreditation preparations. Qualifications Required: - Graduate degree or equivalent experience. - Understanding of the learning life cycle model. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning services or HR shared services. - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, particularly CSOD. Additional Details: You will have negligible travel requirements for this role, with the shift timings from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM. The position offers relocation assistance within the country and is a hybrid of office and remote working.
