Learning & Development Trainers

As an L&D Trainer at EQ, your role is crucial in delivering effective learning solutions to the business in alignment with Group L&D requirements. You will be responsible for evaluating the impact of these solutions on EQ's people, aiding in their skills development across all job levels. Key Responsibilities: - Scope Training Needs: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge in instructional design and delivery sessions to establish credibility with learners and stakeholders. - Research and Develop Learning Solutions: Support EQ's people development needs by creating training solutions that ensure individual and collective performance meets business objectives. - Support Organisational Changes: Provide training support during business transitions and work with subject matter experts to ensure knowledge transfer. - Design Instructional Modules: Develop activities based on student learning assessments and monitor agents" performance against training parameters. - Deliver Training: Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc training sessions in accordance with business and regulatory requirements, incorporating varying methods of learning delivery. - Coach Floor Agents: Provide language, soft skills, and accent coaching to enhance customer interactions and improve communication skills. - Conduct Training Need Analysis: Identify performance gaps, organize refresher courses, and collaborate with stakeholders to align training outcomes.
