The Digital Learning Lead will drive the strategic implementation and operational excellence of digital learning platforms across the organization. This role is responsible for managing learning technologies, automation initiatives, and enhancing the digital learning ecosystem to support capability building aligned with business goals. Including end to end learning content management creation, upload, management, communication, reports, dashboards, and adoption of the portal.
Update internal Paathshala Admins on new features and functionalities.
Create and manage digital learning channels on Paathshala based on role-skill mapping.
Ensure seamless integration and user experience across Paathshala, Percipio, and MO Library
Lead automation projects, including Learning Quotient (LQ) statistics and L&D dashboard updates.
Govern the organization-wide LQ calculation and ensure timely communication of insights.
Maintain and enhance the LQ dashboard for real-time learning analytics.
Explore AI Tools / New Technologies to improve efficiency.
Create and manage learning content and the ecosystem of all business training content.
Update learning content on the portal and maintenance.
Execute communication on and from the Learning Portal.
Creation and promotion of New Channels on the portal.
Solving user Queries.
Liaise with LMS vendors to resolve technical and reporting issues.
Oversee invoice processing and vendor coordination.
Review and evaluate new LMS platforms to strengthen the learning ecosystem.
Create Power BI Dashboards.
Manage and publish data/reports.
Address and resolve learning queries from employees related to digital platforms.
Driving Learning Adoption, eg, Drive for Learning Week.
Hold meetings and collaborate with HRBPs, business leaders, and learning champions to drive adoption and engagement.
1) Any Bachelor's/Master's degree, Education Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
2) Experience: 58 years in digital learning, LMS administration, or L&D roles with exposure to automation and analytics.
Proficiency in LMS platform handling (e.g., SuccessFactors, Cornerstone Percipio, Moodle).
Proficiency in Excel skills, Proficiency in Content creation for Learning and Training.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Understanding of role-skill mapping and competency frameworks.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
