Job Description

As a Learning and Development Consultant with an E-learning background, your role will involve leading the L&D strategy and roadmap in alignment with the business plan. You will be responsible for planning L&D initiatives and training programs in consultation with HR and business leadership. Ideating, developing, and implementing a world-class E-learning system will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will prepare the overall training budget, track roadmap and budget spend vs plan, and identify opportunities for improvement in learning design and delivery. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading L&D strategy and roadmap - Planning L&D initiatives and training programs - Ideating, developing, and implementing a world-class E-learning system - Preparing overall training budget and tracking spend vs plan - Identifying opportunities for improvement in learning design and delivery - Designing and developing Learning policies and procedures - Facilitating identification of skills gaps and learning needs for the entire employee base - Overseeing design and development of learning content including training materials and E-learning courses - Building partnerships with external academies/institutions for program design and development Qualifications required for this role: - MBA/Masters degree with specialization in HR from Tier 1 institutes OR B.E/B.Tech from Top Engineering colleges + MBA/Masters from Tier 2 institutes - Minimum 8+ years of overall experience across HR - Minimum 6 years of experience in a relevant/related industry and domain - Good understanding of new trends in L&D for software companies - Working knowledge of contemporary learning methodologies - End-to-end Training & Development expertise - Knowledge of various learning methodologies/tools and evaluation frameworks In addition, you should possess skills such as decision-making, people management, negotiation, leadership, persuading, and team-building skills.
