Learning and Development Assistant

As a Learning and Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting learning initiatives and programs. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to kickstart their career in learning and development. You will work closely with senior L&D professionals to assist in the creation, coordination, and delivery of training materials and programs. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development and implementation of training programs, coordinating logistics for training sessions, supporting the creation of training materials, participating in training sessions as a facilitator or coordinator, collecting feedback for evaluation, maintaining accurate records, staying updated on industry trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential. A passion for learning, ability to work effectively in a team, eagerness to grow in the field of learning and development are also key attributes. This full-time contractual position requires a 12-month commitment. The benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
