Job Description

As a Lean Agile Coach / Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience and a qualification of BE Mechanical / Automobile, Lean / Agile certification, you will play a crucial role in supporting scaled agile transformation across indirect R&D functions at [TRATON]. Your responsibilities will include coaching teams, facilitating Lean-Agile practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your strong organizational skills, Agile expertise, and ability to work in a matrix organization will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Train and coach teams in Lean-Agile principles, empowering them to independently apply methods. - Facilitate Lean-Agile practices across cross-functional R&D teams. - Serve as a subject matter expert in Lean principles and customize methods to meet departmental needs. - Coach Agile Release Trains (ARTs), Triads, and leadership on SAFe implementation and maturity. - Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, including Kaizen events and waste elimination using Lean tools. - Support Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, retrospectives, and syncs to ensure SAFe alignment. - Develop and maintain Agile metrics dashboards and knowledge repositories using Jira and Confluence. - Conduct workshops and foster a culture of transparency, feedback, and continuous learning. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in Agile Framework implementation and Lean process deployment. - Practical application of Lean principles, Agile frameworks, and change management. - SAFe / Agile certifications are a strong advantage. - Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mural / Whiteboard, and MS Office.
