We are seeking a highly experienced Lead / Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in React.js and Python, with a proven track record of developing scalable, high-performance web applications. While DevOps experience is advantageous, the primary focus will be on full stack development and technical leadership. **Responsibilities:** - Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications using React.js and Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI). - Architect scalable and maintainable front-end and back-end solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, QA, and DevOps. - Drive code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices adherence. - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth and technical excellence. - Participate in system design and architecture discussions. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack. **Requirements:** We are looking for individuals passionate about joining a diverse team, achieving results through ownership, process optimization, and upstanding character. Even if you do not meet every requirement listed, we encourage you to apply if the description resonates with you. - 10+ years of professional experience in software development. - Strong hands-on expertise in React.js, including hooks, state management, and component architecture. - Proficiency in Python and backend frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI. - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and authorization. - Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL). - Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD workflows. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. **Nice To Have:** - Exposure to CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI). - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
