Job Description

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in delivering transformative AI solutions for our strategic clients. Your responsibilities will include leading the architectural design and development of highly scalable production systems, taking ownership of complex data ecosystems, driving innovation on the Agentforce platform, and mentoring junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence. You will collaborate closely with senior client teams, translate business needs into technical requirements, and ensure seamless deployment and long-term optimization of solutions. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline, with a preference for a Master's degree. You should possess over 10 years of experience in delivering scalable production solutions, along with multiple Salesforce platform certifications. Expertise in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, and Apex is required, as well as hands-on experience with AI technologies and data modeling. Your impact as a Forward Deployed Engineer will extend beyond technical contributions to include strategic partnership with clients, influencing product evolution based on field deployments, and championing customer needs within product development cycles. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences will be essential, along with a proactive and strategic mindset focused on rapid prototyping and accelerated delivery in agile environments.
