As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly motivated AVP Business Strategy & Operations to drive operational excellence within our Data Team.

Your Role & Impact

As AVP Business Strategy and Operations (DATA) at Tracxn, you will play a critical role in driving data-led business strategies, optimizing large-scale data operations, and accelerating automation to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of data management, workflow automation, and process excellence, coupled with strong business acumen to drive scalable and data-driven growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data operations, introduce automation-led efficiencies, and optimize data processing models to support Tracxns business objectives.

Business Strategy & Process Optimization

• Design and implement scalable business strategies to enhance operational efficiency and optimize large-scale data operations.
• Identify key process bottlenecks and develop strategies to reduce manual effort, ensuring faster and more accurate data processing.
• Streamline end-to-end data workflows, ensuring data quality, efficiency, and consistency across all operations.
• Work closely with leadership to align operational processes with business objectives, driving improved outcomes.
• Continuously monitor and optimize data processing workflows to support rapid scalability and business growth.

Data Operations & Automation Strategy

• Lead large-scale data operations by designing automation frameworks to reduce human intervention and improve data processing efficiency.
• Build and optimize workflows that combine LLMs, APIs, scraping, and human supervision to extract, clean, enrich, and validate private company data.
• Collaborate with Tech, Product, and Data Science teams to introduce AI/ML-driven data collection, enrichment, and processing solutions.
• Implement workflow automation to streamline repetitive tasks and minimize manual dependencies.
• Enhance data processing accuracy and speed by integrating robust automation solutions into data operations.
• Ensure the development of scalable data operations models that can support business growth while minimizing operational costs.

Data-Driven Decision Making & Insights

• Develop and implement real-time operational performance dashboards to monitor key data metrics, productivity, and output efficiency.
• Provide leadership with actionable insights for decision-making.
• Monitor data processing trends, workflow performance, and operational efficiency to identify areas of improvement.
• Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to turn data insights into operational improvements that drive scalability.
• Ensure that measurable KPIs back all data operations and workflows to track effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Automation & Technology Integration

• Partner with Tech and Product teams to drive AI-led automation solutions for data collection, processing, and enrichment.
• Optimize data pipelines by integrating data ingestion, processing, and delivery automation using scalable technologies.
• Identify and implement advanced workflow automation tools to reduce operational friction and boost productivity.
• Ensure seamless integration of data collection, enrichment, and delivery pipelines to support Tracxns data intelligence platform.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new-age technologies to optimize data operations and minimize turnaround times.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Lead and mentor a high-performance team focused on business strategy, data operations, and automation excellence.
• Drive close collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and automation-first approach within the data operations team.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on optimizing data operations and driving business scalability.
• Promote cross-functional alignment to drive data-led business growth, process efficiency, and cost reduction.

What Were Looking For

• Up to 10 years of experience in business strategy, operations, or process automation.
• Strong understanding of how LLMs, NLP, scraping, and ML models can be applied to automate data workflows.
• Ability to drive scalable process improvements in a data-driven environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with data tools, automation platforms, and analytics dashboards (not mandatory but a plus).
