Job Description As an Associate Vice President (AVP) – Business Strategy and Operations at Tracxn, you’ll be at the forefront of driving impact and innovation. Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement business strategies in alignment with Tracxn’s mission and departmental goals. Collaborate with leadership to set short- and long-term goals and create roadmaps for achieving them. Execute strategic initiatives, track progress, and measure success through defined KPIs. 2. Operations & Process Improvement: Oversee day-to-day operations and streamline processes for efficiency. Implement automation tools and dashboards to monitor performance and productivity. Conduct regular operational audits and identify areas for process optimization. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights and best practices. 3. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the department and senior leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Work cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive business outcomes. Engage with external partners, vendors, or clients where applicable to support business goals. 4. Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of managers and analysts, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
