AVP Business Strategy & Ops (Data Strategy & Automation)

As a strategy leader in Tracxn's Data Operations & Strategy team, your role involves owning the strategy, KPIs, and automation roadmap for a large-scale data organization. You will drive operational excellence, AI-led innovation, and team leadership. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and execute a long-term strategy for Tracxns Data department. - Translate business goals into operational priorities, KPIs, and success metrics. - Identify and implement new data acquisition models, automation tools, and AI/ML solutions. - Lead large-scale SaaS-style data pipelines involving APIs, web scraping, AI/LLMs, and human curation. - Improve accuracy, turnaround time, and scalability of data operations. - Reduce manual intervention through workflow automation. - Manage and mentor senior managers and their teams (100+ members). - Build leadership bench strength and foster a high-performance culture. - Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to align data capabilities with business needs. - Influence product roadmap through data-driven insights. **Qualifications Required** - Education: BTech + MBA from IIMs, or other top-tier institutes. - Experience: 5-8 years in SaaS companies, consulting firms, or strategy/operations roles with a strong tech/data component. - Skills required include strategic problem-solving, large team leadership, business operations and metrics ownership, familiarity with AI, ML, automation, APIs, and web scraping. - Mindset: Comfortable in high-growth, fast-paced, and data-driven environments.
