Data Operations & Automation Strategy Lead large-scale data operations by designing automation frameworks to reduce human intervention and improve data processing efficiency. Build and optimize workflows that combine LLMs, APIs, scraping, and human supervision to extract, clean, enrich, and validate private company data. Collaborate with Tech, Product, and Data Science teams to introduce AI/ML-driven data collection, enrichment, and processing solutions. Implement workflow automation to streamline repetitive tasks and minimize manual dependencies. Enhance data processing accuracy and speed by integrating robust automation solutions into data operations. Ensure the development of scalable data operations models that can support business growth while minimizing operational costs. Data-Driven Decision Making & Insights Develop and implement real-time operational performance dashboards to monitor key data metrics, productivity, and output efficiency. AI-Driven Data Strategy & Execution Define and lead the roadmap for AI-enabled data production at Tracxn. Collaborate with the AI/ML and engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge tools and models into production workflows. Maintain a high standard of data accuracy, completeness, and freshness. 2. Process & Workflow Optimization Scale structured data pipelines using automation and data augmentation techniques. Identify bottlenecks and apply AI or RPA-based solutions to increase efficiency. Own the design of SOPs, QA processes, and escalation mechanisms across data production. 3. Team Leadership Lead and mentor large in-house data teams (analysts, reviewers, QA, etc.). Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Act as the voice of Data Production in discussions with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams.
