Role Summary As the Head of Data Production using AI, you will own the strategy, execution, and evolution of Tracxns data production engine, with a sharp focus on AI-driven automation, data accuracy, and scalable delivery. This is a mission-critical leadership role where you'll partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to design workflows that leverage LLMs, NLP, machine learning, and human-in-the-loop systems to produce high-quality structured private market intelligence. We're looking for someone deeply passionate about AI, obsessed with operational scalability, and excited to lead a high-impact team that blends automation with human judgment. Key Responsibilities 1. AI-Driven Data Strategy & Execution Define and lead the roadmap for AI-enabled data production at Tracxn. Build and optimize workflows that combine LLMs, APIs, scraping, and human supervision to extract, clean, enrich, and validate private company data. Collaborate with the AI/ML and engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge tools and models into production workflows. Maintain a high standard of data accuracy, completeness, and freshness. 2. Process & Workflow Optimization Scale structured data pipelines using automation and data augmentation techniques. Identify bottlenecks and apply AI or RPA-based solutions to increase efficiency. Own the design of SOPs, QA processes, and escalation mechanisms across data production. 3. Team Leadership Lead and mentor large in-house data teams (analysts, reviewers, QA, etc.). Define clear KPIs and performance metrics; ensure accountability through dashboards and regular reviews. 4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Act as the voice of Data Production in discussions with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams. Translate market and client needs into scalable data initiatives. Communicate key project updates and performance metrics to senior leadership Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. MBA or post-grad in technology/analytics preferred. Experience: 5 - 10 years of experience in operations, data strategy, or AI implementation, preferably in a product/tech/data company. Strong understanding of how LLMs, NLP, scraping, and ML models can be applied to automate data workflows. Proven experience in scaling data teams and building high-accuracy operations.
