Job Description

As a Presales Technical Lead, your role involves formulating and leading presales technical and functional support activities for prospective clients. Your main responsibilities will include: - Responding to RFP/RFIs and creating solutions documents based on customer needs for large and complex sales opportunities. - Leading all aspects of the technical sales process and advising internal and external clients on architect solutions. - Facilitating client product/application understanding through presentations, demonstrations, and benchmarks. - Working directly with clients to understand their business strategy, program requirements, and processes. - Providing knowledge transfer to delivery teams for a smooth handover from sales to delivery. - Scoping client solutions for accurate effort estimation. - Developing webinars and marketing materials. - Collaborating closely with customer stakeholders to comprehend and document business needs, objectives, and challenges. - Identifying opportunities for enhancing the software application to meet evolving business demands. - Documenting detailed business and technical requirements, including functional specifications. - Exploring and assessing new business use cases and opportunities for GIS software applications. - Conducting research and analysis to understand industry trends and competitive landscapes. - Conceptualizing and designing solutions that align with business objectives. - Being open to taking on new responsibilities to demonstrate versatility and contribute to the team's success. - Working closely with sales teams for deal closure and traveling to customer sites (national/international). Your qualifications and skillset should include: - 6-10 years of experience. - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Telecom, IT, Software); an MBA would be an added advantage. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Good understanding of Telecom technology, specifically in FTTx, GIS-based Active & Passive Inventory Management domain. - Expertise in processing GIS data using MapInfo, QGIS, or any other GIS tool. - Minimum 2 years of experience in any GIS Telecom Inventory tool (e.g., Network Engineer, SmallWorld, ArcFM, SmartInventory). - Knowledge of OSS & BSS Solutions and their related use cases. - Active listening and presentation skills. - Outstanding documentation and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Experience in developing creative solutions to complex business problems. - Demonstrable Programme-level Solution Architect experience. - Excellent working knowledge of Solution and Integration Design. - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.,
