Lead/Assistant Manager/Manager-BA Payments-Mumbai

As a Software Requirements Engineer, you will play a crucial role in translating customer and software product requirements into functional and non-functional specifications. Your guidance and assistance will be instrumental in ensuring that customers and project teams adhere to product standards, ultimately reducing the total cost of ownership (TCO) of the solution. You will actively participate in various meetings, deliver impact assessments, provide time estimations, assist in functional implementation, contribute to design reviews and UI designs, and deliver functional presentations and training. Your responsibilities will also include working in EMEA shifts. Key Responsibilities: - Translate customer and software product requirements into functional and non-functional specifications - Guide and assist customers and project teams in adhering to product standards to reduce TCO - Participate and facilitate customer and product requirements meetings - Deliver impact assessments and time estimations - Assist systems analysts and engineering team in functional implementation - Participate in design review sessions and develop use case models - Participate in UI designs and reviews - Provide support to the test team during test scenario derivation and testing processes - Deliver functional presentations and training - Support project teams for solution configuration - Analyze and answer questions from customer and project teams - Create use cases, design diagrams, standard operating procedures, and business process flows - Ensure test coverage and test cases validation Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience with software development life cycles such as waterfall and agile - Experience in Agile and Safe Agile practices - Knowledge of banking industry - Experience in Recon platform testing - Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com),
