Work Mode: Hybrid_ 1-week WFO from Vadodara and 3 weeks WFH Shift timing: 2pm to 11pm ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead a team of .NET developers in the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using .NET Core/.NET Framework. Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for .NET-based solutions. Develop interactive web applications for internal and external stakeholders as part of a cross-functional team using modern frameworks like Blazor (.NET 8), MAUI, Microsoft Web APIs, Entity Framework, various Amazon AWS products, and other third-party tools. Test your features. In addition to unit test coverage, you are responsible for functional testing of any feature you deliver to Product for approval. Write dev documentation for features you deliver. Product uses Developer Documentation to generate User Documentation, so this is an essential component of software delivery. Work with QA as appropriate to develop testing plans that ensure that requirements and performance goals are met across common desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Write Unit Tests were applicable (Typically with xUnit) for features you deliver. All features should have test coverage. Maintain project and issue status indicators using Jira and Confluence. Translate Product Requirements (typically Stories) into Technical Requirements and Development Tasks, estimate their complexity, and deliver them on time to Product for approval. Attend daily stand-up meetings and sprint demos while communicating with the team. Ensure that you are aligned with the team and understand the requirements for tasks that have been assigned to you. Help your teammates by collaborating on design, implementation, and delivery of features for which the team is responsible. Give constructive feedback during Sprint Retrospective events to ensure that the Team Lead, Engineering Manager, and Product Owner have useful information with which to adjust processes for future cycles. From time to time, resolve issues that arise in existing web applications. Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to upskill the team. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE): Substantial previous experience working as a .NET Web Developer, especially with C# and .NET 5+. MVC, Blazor. Basic to working knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, WebAssembly, JSON, YAML, and XML. Basic to working knowledge of REST API design principles. Working knowledge of Containerization concepts including Docker or Kubernetes. Experience with Terraform is preferred. General knowledge about Cloud Services (being able to develop with Cloud Service capabilities in mind) is required. Working knowledge of AWS Services is preferred. Experience with MySQL (or MS SQL) and Entity Framework and the more comfortable the better. Experience with token-based authentication providers and implementations of user permissions in web applications. General knowledge of and experience with implementing third-party .NET libraries. Experience comparing third-party libraries in the context of a business need is a plus. Experience working in an Agile environment using the Scrum framework. Familiarity with Story Point Estimation, especially Fibonacci Estimation. Excellent communication skills are required. Remote collaboration only works if everyone is committed to keep each other informed about what they're doing and is willing to reach out to help a teammate or ask for assistance. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to adapt and engage with your teammates and managers with an open mind and a friendly attitude.
