Lead- Workforce Management

You will be working at Jubilant FoodWorks during a phase of transformation and expansion, which presents both challenges and opportunities. As the largest Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) in the sub-continent, Jubilant FoodWorks is aiming to double its scale and size to become a Multi Business, Multi Product, Multi Country Operations entity. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of the frontline ecosystem of Business Associates (BA) and Store Insiders. You will collaborate with your team to plan and execute the sourcing strategy for the region, focusing on BA and Insiders. Utilizing a strong partner ecosystem will be crucial to meet the workforce requirements of the region efficiently. It will be essential to maintain a balance between various sourcing channels to ensure that hiring costs remain within the annual budget. Collaboration with the regional operations team and the corporate Workforce Management Team (WFMX) will be essential to reduce attrition in the frontline ecosystem. Engaging with store teams to address and resolve people queries and concerns will also be a key aspect of this role. The function you will be a part of holds a critical role in the functioning of store operations and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. This necessitates strong organizational and people leadership capabilities. As the leader in this role, you will be overseeing a direct team of 3-5 Individual Contributors.,
