Lead Work Order Finalisation

Role Overview: You will be responsible for finalising and verifying work orders for various construction activities related to civil, mechanical, electrical, module mounting structures, and solar projects. Your role will involve reviewing scope of work, BOQs, item rates, and variation orders against project agreements. Additionally, you will need to ensure accurate recording of executed quantities at the site and validate contractor claims with actual site measurements and documents. Key Responsibilities: - Review and finalise Work Orders for civil, mechanical, electrical, module mounting structures, and associated solar construction activities. - Validate scope of work, BOQs, item rates, and variation orders against project agreements. - Ensure accurate recording of executed quantities at the site and reflect them in the final work order. - Verify contractor claims with actual site measurements, drawings, and DPRs. - Collaborate with site engineers, construction managers, and QA/QC teams to verify work completion and reconcile quantity mismatches. - Perform site visits to validate measurements, construction progress, and resolve technical discrepancies. - Ensure all required documentation is complete and compliant before finalising work orders. - Maintain accurate records for each work package and coordinate with procurement and contracts teams. - Work with Project Controls/Finance to reconcile budgets vs. actuals for each work order. - Validate contractor invoices based on finalised quantities and approved variations. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Civil & Electrical Engineering or related field. - 5-10 years of experience in EPC project execution, contracting, or project controls. - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in work order finalisation or contract administration, preferably in the solar or power sector.,
