Lead UX/UI Designer

As a seasoned visual designer and UX expert with over 6 years of experience in the field, including at least 3 years dedicated to designing enterprise applications, you will have the opportunity to lead a design team and contribute to the evolution of cutting-edge digital marketing solutions at C1X Inc. Joining our world-class engineering team, which covers front-end (UI), back-end (API/Java/Node.js), mobile (Android/IOS), and Big Data engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping data products. Working closely with C-level executives, business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams, you will be instrumental in defining the next-generation customer data management and marketing software. **Responsibilities:** - Lead and define the user experience across all products and business mediums. - Collaborate with the product owner and scrum master to comprehend requirements and craft the product strategy and vision creatively. - Develop information architecture, wireframes, and contemporary, functional visual designs. - Take charge of the company's design language, continually refining it to ensure it remains contemporary and cutting-edge. - Ensure visual and brand consistency across all products and outlets. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree, preferably in an engineering-related field. - 6+ years of visual design and UX experience, with a minimum of 2 years leading a design team, and at least 3 years of enterprise application design. - Proficient storyteller with experience in a multidisciplinary environment, adept at developing concepts that captivate customers and drive business outcomes. - Impressive portfolio showcasing high-quality design work and demonstrating profound design thinking abilities. - Strong skills in visual and written information presentation. - Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, or similar, along with working knowledge of HTML/CSS.,
