Job Description

As the UX Product Designer, you will own the development of the UX strategy, user journeys, and forward-looking user experiences across various SaaS data management, data ingestion, data wrangling, and ad tech products. Your responsibilities will include: - Communicating the UX strategy and vision to both leadership and feature teams to drive and evangelize the analytics strategy. - Crafting beautiful and efficient design artifacts such as user flows, interactive prototypes, site architectures, wireframes, and data visualizations that engage product leaders, are actionable to engineers, and deliver flawless experiences to users. - Making strategic design decisions related to existing and new products and experiences, backed up with a narrative at the intersections of user needs and business outcomes. - Partnering with user research to utilize insights and storytelling skills to help product leaders and engineering teams deliver outstanding user experiences and business outcomes. - Engaging product leaders to identify, scope, and prioritize design, UX research, and documentation needs and activities. - Actively contributing to the maturation of the design system, design practices, agile methodology, and culture as the human-centered design practice scales. - Communicating insights to both leadership and feature teams to help drive analytics strategy and create experiences that customers need and love. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in UX Product Design. - Technical background, especially in data management, data activation, and data collaboration. - Experience in the Ad Tech domain and platforms, particularly in an Activation role. - Experience designing for data-rich products with knowledge of key concepts like data cardinality, data modeling, and ETL processes for the Ingestion role. - Proficiency in UX design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma, and experience working in a componentized Figma Design System. - An excellent online portfolio showcasing design artifacts, design processes, strong design acumen, and articulate storytelling. Candidates without a portfolio will not be considered. - Experience and ability to resolve and remove roadblocks to help teams deliver on outcomes, avoid churn, and strengthen relationships between individuals and teams. - Experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Sisense.,
