Open to other TechM locations Role Type: Permanent Role Overview: The Business Analyst/Tester is responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing detailed specifications, and ensuring quality through comprehensive testing. Working closely with the Product Owner/Lead, Technical Leads, and cross functional teams, this role ensures that projects align with strategic objectives, particularly in UX enhancement, POC development, and customized demo creation. Proficiency in AI/ML, modern technologies, and Agile methodologies is essential. Common Responsibilities Across All Pods: Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements, focusing on AI/ML and latest technology integration. Analyze requirements to ensure they align with business goals and technical feasibility. Create detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans and scripts to ensure deliverables meet quality standards, including AI/ML functionalities. Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Identify, document, and manage defects; collaborate with developers to resolve issues. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and expectations. Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and testing outcomes. Ensure continuous alignment of project objectives with business needs. Process Improvement and Documentation: Continuously improve analysis and testing processes to enhance project efficiency. Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, testing procedures, and results. Agile Practices: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to process improvements. Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and foster a collaborative team environment. Pod Specific Job Descriptions Pod A: Business Analyst/Tester UX and Design Enhancement Focus: Enhance overall UX for large deals defense and offering development, develop microsites, and integrate AI driven design improvements. Responsibilities: Collaborate with Product Owners and UI/UX designers to define requirements for UX enhancements and microsite development, leveraging AI/ML tools for personalization. Conduct usability testing to ensure that design enhancements meet user experience goals and accessibility standards. Develop and execute test plans to validate functionality, performance, and AI driven user experience improvements. Key Deliverables: Detailed requirements documentation for AI/ML enhanced UX designs and microsites. Usability testing reports with insights for improving user engagement. High quality UX enhancements that align with strategic objectives and user needs. Key Qualifications/Experience: 7+ years in business analysis or testing, with a focus on UX/UI enhancement and AI integration. Experience with design and testing tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and usability testing methodologies. Familiarity with AI driven UX optimization and user analytics. Proficient in conducting usability testing, A/B testing, and user journey mapping to identify and resolve UX issues. Proficient in testing across multiple browsers and devices to ensure consistent user experience. Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, and TestCafe for efficient and repeatable testing processes. Ability to use tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, and Lighthouse to assess and improve website performance.
