Lead UX Engineer / UI Developer (Java + Golang)

Role:

Lead UX Engineer / UI Developer

rearchitecting the BPE Admin UI

client-facing lead role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of a

  new web interface

  for the BPE Admin UI using

  Golang + HTMX (or similar UI frameworks)

  .
• Architect and implement

  microproduct-based UI solutions

  that integrate multiple microproducts into a single cohesive surface.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with

  backend systems (Oracle, MongoDB, Cosmos DB)

  .
• Provide technical guidance to the team on

  frontend architecture, coding best practices, and DevOps integration

  .
• Work closely with the cloud engineering team on

  Azure-related components

  such as AKS, Application Gateway, App Configurations, and Application Insights.
• Ensure adherence to

  UI/UX design standards

  , performance optimization, and scalability best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Golang

  (mandatory for EL4 & EL5 levels).
• Expertise in

  UI development

  ideally with

  HTMX

  , or modern frameworks such as React / Angular / Vue (if quick learner for HTMX).
• Strong

  Java

  programming background for backend integration.
• Experience with

  multiple databases

  – Oracle (relational) and MongoDB / Cosmos DB (transactional).
• Familiarity with

  Azure Cloud

  (AKS, Application Gateway, App Configurations, Application Insights, etc.).
• Working knowledge of

  DevOps tools and best practices

  – CI/CD integration, automation pipelines, etc.
• Excellent communication and

  client-handling skills

  with the ability to lead a small team of developers.

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience leading

  UI modernization or migration initiatives

  .
• Ability to drive

  architecture discussions and UX design

  decisions.
• Strong problem-solving, mentorship, and collaborative mindset.
