5+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design, with proven work on web applications, mobile app design, and data dashboards.
Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies, design thinking, and accessibility principles.
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other modern design platforms. Experience in creating responsive design systems, mobile-first UIs, and component-based design libraries.
Solid portfolio demonstrating experience with end-to-end product design, especially for dashboards and mobile apps.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to effectively communicate with developers (coding not required but is a plus).
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills; ability to present design rationale effectively.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a user-first mindset.
