Position Description We are looking for Automation Tester to join our awesome team and deliver a streamlined user experience. We want a team member who strives to develop a first-class codebase using Angular best practices. As an AngularJS Developer, you will implement a complete user interface in the form of a mobile and desktop web app.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts using Robot Framework, Python, and Selenium to ensure high-quality software releases.

• Design and implement test automation frameworks and workflows to optimize test coverage and efficiency.
  
• Estimate automation efforts and plan sprints accordingly, ensuring timely delivery of automation tasks.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, identify test scenarios, and create effective test strategies.
  
• Write efficient, secure, and maintainable database code, ensuring data quality, privacy, and security standards are met.
  
• Apply knowledge of database design principles, including query optimization, index management, data integrity checks, and transaction isolation levels.
  
• Perform thorough software testing following established methodologies and processes, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
  
• Analyze root causes of defects and issues, troubleshoot problems, and work with development teams to implement fixes.
  
• Participate actively in team discussions, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  
• Manage time effectively to balance multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
  
• Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders, providing timely updates on automation progress and issues.
  
• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to improve automation frameworks and testing process
  

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.

Must-Have Skills
• Strong experience (8-12 years) with Robot Framework, Python, and Selenium for test automation.• Proficiency in designing and implementing test automation frameworks and workflows.• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.• Ability to write efficient, secure database code while ensuring data quality and security.• Knowledge of database design principles, including query optimization, index management, and data integrity.• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis and issue resolution.• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.Good-to-Have Skills• Experience in automation effort estimation and sprint planning.• Familiarity with automation workflows and continuous integration.• Experience with test strategy development and stakeholder collaboration.• Knowledge of transaction isolation levels and advanced database concepts.• Prior exposure to code reviews and knowledge-sharing in Agile environments.• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to contribute to process improvements.
