Platform Administrator: -

Manage the Nexthink platform's day-to-day operations, including Collector deployment, Engine configuration, and Portal maintenance.

Technical Skills: -

Customize the Nexthink platform, including dashboards, alerts, and remote actions, to meet specific organizational needs.

Deployment

Deploy and manage Nexthink Collectors across enterprise devices while ensuring data privacy and security.

Incident Detection And Resolution

• Use Nexthink to detect and diagnose IT issues
• Work with IT teams to resolve incidents promptly
• Proactive measures to prevent future incidents
  

Reporting

• Create and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.
• Generate regular reports for stakeholders to provide insights into the IT environment.
• Customize reports to meet the needs of different departments and teams
