Lead Structurer- Director

As the Lead Structurer at our Mumbai location, you will be responsible for defining, designing, developing, and delivering new products to align with our business strategy. Your role will involve partnering with the Sales team to structure innovative solutions across various pillars including Trade Finance and Lending. You will work closely with cross-functional colleagues to ensure that the products meet the needs of the bank/clients and participate in negotiations and execution of transactions. Adherence to internal policies, controls, and regulatory requirements is essential for the smooth execution of transactions. Monitoring progress and implementing strategies to ensure successful delivery of new products will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. In this role, you will independently develop solutions or products to serve complex customer requirements or situations. Collaboration with internal teams such as risk management, legal, and compliance will be crucial to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for training and further development of junior structurers or personnel in the long term. Driving innovation and continuous improvement of Trade Finance and Lending solutions will be part of your key responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have an excellent degree in Finance or a related field, along with a strong understanding of financial modeling and risk analysis. Practical experience as a structurer in structured finance, loan markets, securitization, or other credit-intensive markets is required. A proven track record of successfully structuring and executing complex financial transactions is essential. You should possess a high level of motivation, entrepreneurial skills, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
