Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Structural Design Leadership:

Lead the structural design process for large-scale real estate developments including high-rise towers, podiums, and basements.
Review and validate structural drawings, calculations, and design reports from consultants.
Ensure compliance with IS codes, NBC, and international standards where applicable.

Execution Oversight:

Supervise structural execution on-site including RCC, steel structures, and foundation systems.
Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and project managers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Resolve technical challenges during construction and ensure safety and stability of structures.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Liaise with architects, MEP consultants, and government authorities for approvals and design integration.
Support procurement and budgeting teams with structural inputs and value engineering.

Innovation & Quality Assurance:

Introduce advanced construction techniques and materials to improve efficiency and durability.
Conduct structural audits and quality checks at various stages of construction.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors/Master’s in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Strong command of structural analysis software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE).
Proven experience in high-rise and complex real estate projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
