Job Description

Role Overview: As a part of the Strategic Purchase department, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring goods and services in a strategic manner to support the organization's objectives. Your main goal will be to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of all purchased items. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic purchasing strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency. - Source new suppliers and maintain relationships with existing ones to negotiate the best terms and pricing. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements. - Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. - Monitor market trends and industry developments to stay informed about potential opportunities for cost savings. - Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in the procurement process. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in strategic purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management. - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software. - Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
