Job Summary:

Lead Specialist - Quality

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the quality assurance function for the CAMSRep non-voice process, ensuring adherence to defined quality standards and SLAs.
Conduct regular quality audits, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to improve process efficiency and accuracy.
Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to reduce errors and improve customer experience.
Collaborate with operations, training, and process teams to drive continuous process improvements.
Prepare and present quality reports and dashboards to management.
Mentor and coach team members to enhance their quality monitoring skills and overall performance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies related to quality standards.
Support in the development and implementation of quality frameworks, SOPs, and best practices.
Handle escalations related to quality issues and work with cross-functional teams for resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within the insurance / BFSI domain.
Strong understanding of non-voice processes, preferably in insurance-related processes.
Excellent knowledge of quality tools, metrics, and methodologies (e.g., QA scorecards, root cause analysis).
Proven skills with experience in mentoring a quality team.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
