Job Summary:

Lead Specialist - Quality

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the quality assurance function for the CAMSRep non-voice process, ensuring adherence to defined quality standards and SLAs.
  • Conduct regular quality audits, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to improve process efficiency and accuracy.
  • Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to reduce errors and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with operations, training, and process teams to drive continuous process improvements.
  • Prepare and present quality reports and dashboards to management.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their quality monitoring skills and overall performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies related to quality standards.
  • Support in the development and implementation of quality frameworks, SOPs, and best practices.
  • Handle escalations related to quality issues and work with cross-functional teams for resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within the insurance / BFSI domain.
  • Strong understanding of non-voice processes, preferably in insurance-related processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of quality tools, metrics, and methodologies (e.g., QA scorecards, root cause analysis).
  • Proven skills with experience in mentoring a quality team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
