Lead Solution Architect, VP

As a Lead Solution Architect, Vice President at our Pune location in India, you will be responsible for designing the solution architecture for the product and other related architecture activities. Your role will involve simplifying the product architecture, following the standards, guides, checklists, and best practices provided by the Solution Architecture Community. It is recommended to write/generate the Solution Architecture Document for products, cover major architecture changes, and develop the solution design if the Solution Architecture is already done. You will define the technical solution design of specific IT platforms, guide squad members in designing, building, testing, and delivering high-quality software solutions. Collaboration with Product Owners, Chapter Leads, and Squad Members will be essential to ensure consistent adherence to agreed-upon application design. Moreover, you will maintain appropriate technical design documentation and ensure that architectures and designs conform to established principles, blueprints, standards, and patterns. Your leadership capabilities will be crucial in collaborating with business and technology stakeholders, managing resources for architecture and key technology deliveries. We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect to join our team, where you will act as a trusted advisor, provide technical guidance, and drive innovation by leveraging GCP alongside our on-premise infrastructure.
