Job Description

As a Software Testing Lead, you will be responsible for supervising Testers and overseeing product development procedures to ensure that products meet quality and efficiency standards. Your role will involve working closely with the development team to understand changes being made to the product. You will need hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium and coding in C#. Key Responsibilities: - Create and deliver software test plans, test cases, and test summary reports - Review and publish test cases based on requirements gathering sessions - Conduct post-release verification following a Production deployment - Record, assess, and approve Tracking system issues, suggested ownership, and priority issues - Oversee defects to progress on time and adhere to defect tracking standards - Manage QA environment on build and release management - Provide accurate status on defect information and metrics - Communicate at all levels, handle multiple projects, and work on business-critical solutions - Design and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium and C# - Manage QA team on discipline, performance, and resource allocation - Enhance testing capabilities guided by standard best practices, policies, and procedures - Mentor QA analysts on test plan and test case development - Coordinate with business analysts and development teams to assess requirements and engage in project review and status meetings - Design, track, and disseminate metrics to monitor product quality - Set up and manage communication between the development & Testing team - Motivate and mentor direct reports by effort and example - Collaborate with the Global Test Manager & QA Architect to identify avenues for Test Automation Qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree or post-graduate degree or technical degree from A or B grade colleges with good academic scores - Certification in ISTQB, Six Sigma, Quality Improvement associate, quality auditor, and quality engineer - At least 9+ years of relevant experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing - Ample experience in implementing corrective/preventive measures - Hands-on experience with Selenium and C# for automation testing is desirable Skills/Behaviors: - Analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy - Excellent communication skills (verbal, written & presentation) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, team environment while delivering results - Driven, enthusiastic, and highly motivated - High attention to detail and ability to multitask - Exceptional learning skills - Domain expertise would be an addon In addition, this role offers you the opportunity to join an engaging team of brilliant individuals with in-depth expertise and industry experience.
