Lead Software Test Analyst

As an experienced professional in the field, you will be responsible for various key tasks and will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of software applications. Your main responsibilities will include: - Testing software applications to ensure defect-free deliveries. - Identifying application requirements and developing test scenarios. - Providing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support during testing. To excel in this role, you are expected to bring the following skills and qualifications: Skills: - Possess 8 to 12 years of Testing Experience, including Manual & Automation Testing, with a preference for experience in the BFSI and Retirement domain. - Strong understanding of testing fundamentals such as SDLC, STLC, Defect Lifecycle, Test Plan, and Test Strategy. - Proficiency in scripting and debugging using automation tools like Selenium Java, Protractor, or Cypress. - Experience in End-to-End Testing, System testing, and database testing (DB validations); familiarity with Performance testing using tools like JMeter is an added advantage. - Hands-on experience in Agile model, including an understanding of Scrum ceremonies and Product Backlog. - Ability to work effectively as a team player, quick learner, and innovative thinker with a sense of ownership and accountability. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications: - Degree in BCA/BSC/BE/ME/B.Tech/M.Tech (Information Technology/Computer Engineering).
