Job Description

Build, extend, and scale automation frameworks for Web, API, and end-to-end workflows across ALM features.

Simplify test authoring and boost reusability to speed up coverage of backlog features.

Apply AI/GenAI tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate automation and deliver rapid results.

Build and maintain robust automated test suites validating end-to-end LMS workflows , including content delivery and player interactions.

Partner with engineers and product managers to define automation-first test strategies for new features.

Lead test case refactoring to improve consistency, maintainability, and coverage.

Improve test execution within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, containers, cloud) for enhanced speed and scalability.

Debug automation issues, analyze root causes, and strengthen reliability across browsers, OS, and environments.

Guide teammates, share best practices, and promote a quality-first culture .

Share thought leadership through presentations and contributions to technical forums.
