Job Description

Bachelor s/Master s degree
in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 12+ years of experience
as a techno-functional consultant, preferably in the
retail industry
.
Strong understanding
of Manhattan Associates
Warehouse Management Systems (WMOS)
and their integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MHE, ProShip).
Proficiency in PL/SQL.
Good understanding, testing, and/or working knowledge of microservices.
Knowledge of industry-standard WMS modules
, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and pick-pack-ship processes.
Excellent communication skills
to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex business processes
and translate them into system requirements.
Experience with system configuration, data migration, and user training.
Experience with MHE integration and troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of ProShip integration is a plus.
Proficiency in Linux/Unix
with the ability to analyze WMOS logs.
