• Lead and manage a team of 4 junior engineers, ensuring their technical and professional growth.
  
• Report project progress, challenges, and solutions to managers in a timely manner.
  
• Address and resolve technical challenges, ensuring smooth project execution.
  
• Handle client communications, including technical discussions, assessments, and project status updates.
  
• Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and project goals.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  
• Maintain effective workflow using

  SCRUM methodology

  and

  Git flow

  practices.

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong expertise in

  .NET Core

  .
• Proficiency in

  React

  or

  Angular

  .
• Solid understanding of

  RDBMS (SQL/MySQL)

  .
• Working knowledge of

  AWS/Azure basic services

  .
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to interact with clients and address technical challenges.
  

Good to Have

• Experience working with

  USA/UK clients

• Strong client-handling skills with a track record of managing expectations and delivering results.
  
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM practices and version control systems (Git).
