Working mode : Regular Notice Period : Immediate - 15 Days We are looking for a skilled Lead Software Engineer with strong expertise in developing and securing server modules for Network Management Systems (NMS). This role requires hands-on experience with Python, server-side development, and a deep understanding of security protocols and RADIUS authentication. Key Responsibilities : - Architect, develop, and optimize server-side modules for NMS platforms, ensuring security, scalability, and performance. - Implement and integrate authentication and authorization mechanisms using RADIUS and other security protocols (e.g., TLS, IPsec, OAuth). - Design and maintain APIs and protocol interfaces, including SNMP, NETCONF, REST, and gRPC. - Ensure secure data storage and transmission, implementing encryption standards and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust, secure technical solutions. - Handle large-scale data operations, working with databases like MongoDB and ClickHouse to manage time-series and con- guration data. - Conduct code reviews, perform security audits, and implement measures to mitigate vulnerabilities in the NMS system. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex security, networking, and performance issues. Skills and Qualifications : - Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related - eld. - Experience : 4-8 years of hands-on software development experience, with a strong focus on Python and server-side development. - Proficiency in implementing security protocols such as RADIUS, TLS, IPsec, and OAuth in distributed systems. - Solid understanding of NMS protocols (SNMP, NETCONF, TR-069) and networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls). - Experience with databases, including MongoDB, ClickHouse, and other time-series solutions. - Knowledge of messaging systems like MQTT, Kafka, or similar technologies. - Expertise in containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and microservices architecture. - Familiarity with secure coding practices, vulnerability assessment tools, and security testing frameworks. - Hands-on experience with Linux environments, shell scripting, and CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with identity and access management systems such as Keycloak. - Familiarity with cloud-native security principles and tools. - Exposure to observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and monitoring frameworks. - Understanding of DevOps principles and automation.
