Job Overview:
In an exciting and fast-paced environment focused on developing payment authentication and security solutions, this position offers technical leadership and expertise throughout the development lifecycle of the ecommerce payment authentication platform under the Authentication program for Digital Authentication Services.RoleWe are looking for an Automation Tester to join the DAS team. This is a pivotal role, responsible for QA, Loading Testing and Automation various data-driven pipelines. The position involves managing testing infrastructure for Functional test, Automation and co-ordination of testing that spans multiple programs and projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large-scale data and automation testing of Java, Cloud Native application/services. Position will lead the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworksProvide technical leadership for new major initiativesDeliver innovative, cost-effective solutions which align to enterprise standardsDrive the reduction of time spent testingWork to minimize manual testing by identifying high-ROI test cases and automating themBe an integrated part of an Agile engineering team, working interactively with software engineer leads, architects, testing engineers, and product managers from the beginning of the development cycleHelp ensure functionality delivered in each release is fully tested end to endManage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic work environmentAll About YouBachelors degree in computer science or equivalent work experience with hands on technical and quality engineering skillsExpertise in testing methods, standards, and conventions including automation and test case creationExcellent technical acumen, strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail, critical thinking, solid communication, and proven leadership skillsSolid leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to drive changeExperience in designing and building testing Automation Frameworks.Expert in API TestingExperience in UI and Mobile automation and testing against different browsers & devices. Knowledge of Java, SQLs, REST APIs, code reviews, scanning tools and configuration, and branching techniquesExperience with application monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and SplunkExperience with Performance TestingExperience with DevOps practices (continuous integration and delivery, and tools such as Jenkins)Nice to have knowledge or prior experience with any of the followingApache KafkaMicroservices architectureBuild tools like JenkinsCorporate Security ResponsibilityEvery person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security.
